Earlier the color was not yellow, it was blue and red

Most of us call this machine JCB, but that is not its name. JCB is the company that manufactures this machine. The correct name of this jumbo machine is backhoe loader. The foundation of JCB company was laid in 1945. The first backhoe loader that the company produced, made in 1953, was blue and red. After this, it was upgraded and a backhoe loader was made in the year 1964, which was yellow in color.

Since then, machines of yellow color are being made continuously and even other companies keep the color of the machines used at the construction site yellow. Initially it was made in conjunction with the tractor, but over time its model was modified.

Operated by levers, loader is installed

The backhoe loader works both ways. It is operated with levers instead of steering. It has steering for one side, while on the other side there are levers like cranes. This machine has a loader on one side, which is the bigger part. Any item is lifted from it. Apart from this, on the other side it has a side bucket.

JCB Excavators Limited is a British company headquartered in Rochester, Staffordshire. This company is known for manufacturing heavy equipment. The owner and founder of this company was British billionaire Joseph Cyril Bamford. Joseph died in 2001. The company has been named JCB after him.
